First Day of Kindergarten 2012

What an exciting day it was this morning. Up at 7:30am for the first day of school. Gracen was so excited about going. She popped out of bed, ate her breakfast, took a break to play iSpy on the computer, then dressed, teeth brushed, hair fixed, and headed out the door. 

The girl loves to SING!!!!

When the girl is tired...she'll sack out anywhere, anyway.

When we go to Grandma Brown's house, we always go to Riley to Uncle Ted's to go fishin'. Kaeden showed up and we had a great time. He & dad had a contest who could catch the biggest fish the fastest.  Kaeden said that he'd won but Dad said that he did. It was really funny.

Kaeden was a great help. He could cast his fishing pole way out in the lake.  He helped me bait my hook and even took my fish off. See you next time Kaeden!

Adventures in the woods.....

You never know what you'll come across while walking in the woods. Here Gracen finds a turtle. She wanted to bring her home but apparently it's against the law to remove box turtles from their naturally habitat. Needless to say...we put her back to venture on her way.
